Simple, automatic refunds — no hoops to jump through
Effective Date: January 1, 20261. How It Works
We keep refunds simple. If you cancel your service within 72 hours (3 days) of your initial purchase, the system automatically processes your refund. No support tickets required, no approval process — it just happens.
That's it. No emailing support, no explaining why, no waiting for approval. Cancel within 72 hours = automatic refund.
2. Eligibility for Automatic Refund
- New customers within 72 hours of first service activation
- Services that have not violated our Terms of Service
- Payment via standard methods (credit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency)
3. After 72 Hours — Case-by-Case Review
Missed the 72-hour window? We understand things happen. After 72 hours, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request
- Open a support ticket in the Billing department
- Explain your situation — what went wrong, why you're requesting a refund
- We'll review and respond within 12 hours with our decision
We're reasonable people. If there's a legitimate issue — service problems, billing errors, or other circumstances — we'll work with you. Just be honest and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
4. What's NOT Eligible
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Services terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Automatic renewal payments (cancel before renewal date)
- Second or subsequent orders (72-hour guarantee is for first order only)
- Add-on services (dedicated IPs, extra storage, etc.)
- Orders with promotional discounts exceeding 50%
- Accounts involved in chargebacks or fraud
5. How to Cancel
- Log in to your client portal at billing.minexhost.com
- Go to "Your Services" or "My Services"
- Select the service you want to cancel
- Click "Request Cancellation"
- Choose "Immediate" cancellation
If you cancel within 72 hours of purchase, your refund will be processed automatically.
6. Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is processed, here's how long it typically takes:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 5-7 business days (minus network fees)
Refunds always go back to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please use our refund system instead of filing a chargeback:
- Chargebacks incur fees from payment processors
- Your service will be immediately suspended
- Your account may be permanently banned
- We contest all chargebacks with transaction evidence
Our 72-hour automatic refund and case-by-case review process makes chargebacks unnecessary.
